Refer a Case

We understand the challenges of first opinion work and endeavour to support our referring practices and their clients with a seamless referral process, keeping you informed at all stages.  

We request that referral forms are accompanied by a full medical history and laboratory reports and radiographs where possible.

Referrals can be made by completing the appropriate online referral form or by contacting our Referrals Coordinator, Becky Miskimmin, on 028 90471361.  Our experienced team are happy to offer advice on cases.  For advice, please complete the advice form, email referrals@earlswoodveterinary.com or call 028 90471361 for urgent queries.  Please note that we cannot offer advice to members of the public for pets that are not under our care.

Once we have received the referral information, we will contact your client directly to organise an appointment.
