Heather graduated from University College Dublin with first class honours in 2003. After a two year period spent in mixed practice in County Armagh, she joined the team at Earlswood Veterinary.
She was awarded the VSSCo educational bursary in 2010 to pursue studies in internal medicine, attending courses both within the UK and Europe. She gained the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in the same year.
Heather enjoys all aspects of internal medicine, but has a particular interest in gastroenterology, endoscopy and non-invasive methods of sampling.
Outside of work Heather enjoys spending time at home with her family, two cocker spaniels Hattie and Marilyn, and has a passion for all equestrian pursuits.
